Please note: Seascape requires a signature on receipt of goods for delivery to all destinations.
All products offered by Seascape are protected by a 14 day full satisfaction policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused condition.
If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery at your own cost for:
- a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges
- a product exchange
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork to insure full credit. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or marked.
No refund or exchange will be given for any reason after this 14 day full satisfaction policy period.
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for where the item has been unsealed i.e. the cello wrap has been removed from the carton.
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us at email@example.com, advising us that you will be returning the whole order in it's entirety, giving the reason why you are returning the order. Please then send us the package to Seascape Island Apothecary, 7 Ridgeway, Virginia Water, Surrey, GU254TE within the 7 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
We will refund the order as soon as well receive all the items in re-sellable condition. We cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
